Ji-Hye Kim
Born in South Korea
Lives & works in Dubai, UAE
Ji-Hye Kim holds a Fine Art degree in Printmaking from Hongik University, Seoul and an MA in Digital Art from University of the Arts, London. She moved to the UAE in 2007. Recently, she rekindled her love for linocut, inspired by the beauty of the UAE and aims to express and reflect the vivid local nature through the medium and other printmaking techniques. Ji-Hye enjoys using geometric shapes and designs as the building blocks of works exploring themes of origin and natural history.
